GUESTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO INVITE GUESTS OF THEIR OWN TO USE THE POOL AT
ANY TIME.
THE COMMITTEE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DENY USE OF THE POOL AREA TO ANYONE
AT ANY TIME.
THIS IS A
RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT NOT A
ALL PERSONS USING THE POOL
DO SO AT THEIR OWN RISK.
OWNERS AND COMMITTEE ARE NOT
RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS AND INJURIES.
THIS AREA WILL BE CLOSED DURING POOL CLEANING WHICH WILL TAKE PLACE
AS AND WHEN REQUIRED.
TO MAINTAIN THE STANDARD OF THE POOL AND SURROUNDING AREA AND TO
ACHIEVE THE COMFORT AND SAFETY OF ALL USERS THE COMMITTEE, ON BEHALF OF
THE OWNERS’ ASSOCIATION, REQUEST THAT YOU BE CONSIDERATE OF OTHER
USERS AT ALL TIMES.
PLEASE:
ENSURE that children under 14 are
accompanied/supervised by an adult at all times.
ENSURE that all children are aware of and
comply with the following.
SHOWER
before entering the pool.
USE only the chairs, loungers, etc, provided
by the owners of the villa you are
staying in.
USE bins provided for rubbish,
cigarette ends etc.
Ashtrays
are available at the gate.
USE plastic utensils only in the
pool area.
Bottles
(beer/wine etc.) must be contained in a bag or coolbox.
DRESS appropriately, particularly when children are
present.
Topless/Nude
bathing is illegal in
THIS
IS NOT A DESIGNATED AREA.
DO NOT use the pool as
a lavatory.
DO NOT throw anything into the pool particularly
stones as this may damage the
liner.
DO NOT use large inflatable objects in the pool.
Flotation aids, i.e. Water Wings,
Small Rings, Polystyrene Noodles etc. are acceptable.
DO NOT dive or jump into the pool, or run around the pool,
as this is dangerous.
DO NOT create excessive noise in the pool area.
The Nuisance Act (
Excessive noise is not
allowed from 13.00
to 16.00 hours or after 00.30 hours.
DO NOT play ball games in the pool.
DO NOT consume food or drink in the pool.
DO NOT allow animals into the pool area.
ANYONE NOT COMPLYING WITH THE ABOVE WILL BE ASKED TO
LEAVE THE POOL AREA
